Recovery programmes

Structured programmes, written by survivors.

Created by our founder to educate, empower and aid healing, delivered by our trauma-informed survivor team, in a small group of people who understand.

Reclaim Your Power after Sexual Violence

An 8-week online programme, one evening a week: understanding trauma, rebuilding confidence and healing at your own pace, alongside other survivors.

Reclaim Your Freedom after Domestic Abuse

An 8-week online programme, one evening a week: making sense of what happened, reclaiming your sense of self and moving forward safely.

Reclaim Your Power: Teen Edition

A 6-week, in-person recovery programme for young people aged 11–18 affected by sexual violence: a safe, empowering space to rebuild confidence and heal.

What I loved most about the recovery programme I took was the ability to share lived experiences with other survivors and know I am not alone with my trauma.
