Your first time
Nervous about coming? That’s okay.
Almost everyone was, the first time. Here is how we make it easier.
Private venues, friendly faces, no pressure.
We never publish where groups meet. When you get in touch, we share the venue or link privately, tell you who will meet you, and answer anything you want to know. You can sit and listen for as long as you like. Coming once does not commit you to anything.
My advice to someone thinking about connecting is that you are about to be part of a group of people who are able to see, hear and hold space for you. Strangers will become connected through learning and solidarity, that friends and family simply cannot understand. On good days, bad days, or I don’t know how I feel days, have faith you will be safe with The Jessica Project.
Healing rarely happens alone.
Message us about any group or event, and we’ll take it from there. Gently, and at your pace.
